AUSTRALIA - Celebrating the 4th of July on July 3

Julie and I awoke (not early)and walked to the shops for some groceries and a coffee at Gloria Jeans (yep, it started here). I had a "caramelatte" and we shared a banana bread.

Once we got home I was put in charge of guacamole and chili for our Fourth of July Party.

Julie made a Flag Cake.

Ali made a great Tomatoe thing with boccancini cheese, basil,, balsaic vinegar and salt and pepper, the Albanian in me would rather good olive oil!

After everyone left, we cleaned up and Julie layed down. Ali and Sarah went on to the pub to celebrate Ali's birthday and we joined them later. The Royal Hotel (Pub) in Sutherland 

is around the corner from Ali's house so they are "locals". We sat out in the covered porch with the heaters on. We met Ali and her friends and had Bruchetta (so so) and
